We use FDA approved silicone in our teether jewelry. This means it is safe for moms to wear and for children to chew. The silicone we use is similar to that used in pacifiers and bottle nipples.
Our wooden teething beads are made of natural, untreated beech wood. The beads have been sanded down for a smooth teething surface. In addition, beech wood is naturally antimicrobial so it won't harbor bacteria.
