Instructions -
Remove the protective sheet from desired tattoo.
Press firmly on clean, dry skin tattoo side down.
Wet back of tattoo thoroughly with damp sponge or cloth.
Wait 20 seconds, then carefully pell off backing. Rinse and let dry.
To remove temporary tattoo -
Can be removed with baby oil.
